Well, the Kirby estate made good on its threat.Seriously, people — whether he helped create these characters as a work for hire or not — the guy should have been receiving a percentage long before his death. Sure, okay, maybe a smaller percentage than Stan The Man, but a percentage nonetheless. That's my take anyway.
