Well, the Kirby estate made good on its threat.

Seriously, people — whether he helped create these characters as a work for hire or not — the guy should have been receiving a percentage long before his death. Sure, okay, maybe a smaller percentage than Stan The Man, but a percentage nonetheless. That's my take anyway.

I'll be honest. I've laughed at a lot of shit in my life but I don't know if there are many things funnier than this. It's a clip taken from a video deposition in Texas, where men are men and bad-assery rules.

In case you're wondering, "What exactly is a deposition?" Well, I'll tell you. A deposition is basically a statement taken under oath to be used in a court proceeding. It is a very serious matter and as such, it is commonplace to video record these depositions. However, most depositions do not go quite the way this one did.
