Man Under Arrest Chants Ancient Ritualistic Gobbledeegook, Flees From Police

Okay so this dude is being arrested for something, I'm not quite sure what it is. I think the guy changed his name and the evil witch queen said it was not to be. Something like that.

So the po-po have a difficult time getting the guy to comply and become weary of his Dungeons & Dragons-level chanting, so they eventually tase him.

The video goes on for a bit, but see it through to the payoff — that comes at 2:58 when the dude finally summons the strength (from Skull Mountain or some such place) to escape. It worked! Free at last!
