UPDATE 3:01pm Eastern
• The Wii Vitality Sensor, you slip the sensor on your finger and it detects your pulse, attaches to the Wiimote
• Tons of DS games were announced, including a GTA-style cop game
• Metroid: Other M, Nintendo is working with Team Ninja for this, available 2010
• Super Mario Galaxy 2
• Exclusive M-rated Sega game being published by Nintendo, this is a first for Nintendo
• Miyamoto was a no-show
